AGORA - (plenary sessions referred to the strategic fields of the Ida-Virumaa Civil Society Development, Ida-Viruma country development agenda and intergration agenda)  strategic panel discussion. Offers a strategic view on the topics under discussion at the forum. Every panelist speaks 5-10 minutes. All NGOs and interested people can ask questions and offer comments. The strategic panel will be one of the basis for the strategic suggestions comprised at the end of the forum.
